Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at thewineprojectjo.com, the following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time 

We offer same day delivery If you place your order with us at least 30 minutes before your preferred time slot. 

We process orders daily (Sunday-Saturday) and always deliver between either 2-4pm or 5-7pm, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery	2-4pm OR 5-7pm	Free for orders over 30.00 JD. 2.00 JD for orders under 30JD.  ***WE CAN DELIVER IN A SPECIFIED TIME SLOT AS LONG AS YOUR ORDER IS PLACED 30 MINS BEFORE THE SLOT***

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is processed. If you would like to know the whereabouts of your order, please contact our customer service by telephone or email.    

Damages or corked wine 

The Wine Project is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if the wine you ordered is corked please contact us on info@ltcimports.com 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Payment methods 

The Wine Project accepts the following payment methods 

Cash, VISA/Mastercard (POS)  

We currently do not ship outside Amman.
